David Grovdahl

Executive Director

David has been a paramedic for

over 13 years and has experience

in urban, suburban and rural EMS

as well as helicopter, airplane and

special operations experience. He is

responsible for overall administration

and strategic planning of the

organization as well as incident

command as needed.

Keith Lickly
Operations Supervisor

Red Shift Supervisor

Keith has been in EMS for over 11 years

and is licensed as a Paramedic. He has

served as a supervisor for 6 years, 4 of

those as Operations Supervisor. Keith is

on the Leflore County Honor Guard, the

Leflore County Region 5 Strike Team,

and represents EMS on Regional Trauma

Advisory Board.

Tonya McKibbon
Clinical Manager

Blue Shift Supervisor

Tonya has been in EMS for over 20 years,

the last twelve as a paramedic. She has

spent her entire EMS career serving the

citizens of LeFlore County.

Will Belk

Logistics Officer

Green Shift Supervisor

Will has been in EMS since 2005 and has

been a paramedic since 2008. He has worked

as a professional ski patroller and backcountry

rescue technician in the mountains of Wyoming.

Will currently directs the LeFlore County Special

Operations team.
